Michael Heraghty has been designing online since 1995. He worked in Dublin, Edinburgh, Los Angeles and New York with Vision Consulting, He became a design leader, managing designer, front-end developers and usability researchers.
Michael set up his own consulting business in 2002. He worked independently, bringing in and leading small teams of designers / developers where needed. Example projects included:

Since Jan 2016, Michael has been working with retail analytics provider Edge by Ascential, where he is the Head of UX. His role involves leading and managing the UX team, as well as creating a culture of user-centred design within Edge.
